Amazon Firestick and EE mini Hub

I've been sent a mini hub due to long-term issues with my wired broadband.

Mini hub connects satisfactorily to the internet and I can access the internet on several devices. However my Amazon Firestick connects to the hub (gets an IP Address, etc) but then says that the internet is not connected. Light on mini hub is aqua.

Any ideas?

Are you able to use the Mini Hub web admin page to disable 5Ghz, so the firestick connects using the 2.4GHz frequency?

You can access the interface by going to http://192.168.1.1 in a web browser on a device that's been connected to the 4G WiFi device's wireless network.

The default admin password is on the 4G WiFi device and the Keep Me Card.
