      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5013334"&gt;@Rach1122&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Welcome to the EE Community&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your status light is flashing red it suggests the hub is working but is unable to get an internet connection, I would recommend first checking the &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status" target="_blank"&gt;service status&lt;/A&gt; for your area to see if there are any local issues.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there are no issues in the area and its still not connecting, try a factory reset of the hub via the small pin reset button on the back of the hub.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
