Hi, new to this - my mini hub starts OK flashing green but after about 10 seconds the light goes off. Broadband stays connected. Battery fully charged. I've reset it but no difference. Is this normal please?

Hi @Kervoas,

Welcome to the EE Community

It depends on which exact model you have, but in most cases with our hubs during the initial start up it will flash the lights and then once it gets connected the light will turn solid or go off entirely depending on model and settings.

So if its only flashing during start up and then just functions as normal once it stops then that is normal yes.

Thanks, on the box it says its model EE72E. Seems odd to me that the light goes off so soon when battery is fully charged and/or plugged in. The light on my EE smart hub which is to be replaced by the 4g device stays on so you know it's connected and working OK.

The EE Smart Hubs are mains powered. So the lights remain on all the time. The 4GEE WiFi Mini is battery powered.
