mobile broadband cutting out randomly

Hi have just moved house and bought a 4G mobile broadband router to get access to internet without the need to wait for installation into the new house. The internet is randomly cutting out and I'm now having to rely on my iPhone hotspot for connection. Any thing I can try?

Welcome to the EE Community

Might be worth playing around with the location of the router if you have not already to see if you can find one where its more consistent. Presumably you have restarted the router when having these issues already?

Is your iPhone also on EE as well and the signal is fine when the router is cutting out?
