PC is accessing phone hotspot.</P><P>When typing into Firefox address bar, which does a google search, it will sometimes take more than 5 seconds, but when I open another tab and access speedtest.net, then all my other tabs load instantly.</P><P>DNS is dns.quad9.net. I have tried one.one.one.one too.
