    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I just bought an EE SIM plan that was supposed to cost £10 but was on offer for £9. The plan should include 8GB of data and the usual allowances. However, when I logged into my EE account, it shows that the SIM doesn’t have any data or plan attached, and it asks me to buy a data add-on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since I’ve already paid for the SIM and the plan, I’m not sure why nothing is showing on my account. Could you please check this and help resolve the issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
