topic Flashing green 4G hub - but internet connected OK?! in Mobile Broadband

Hi - just set up my EE hub 2 4G router - I managed to get 2 bars/20MB - internet connection all good. However, the front status light on the router won't stop flashing green. Is there a fault here? I did try looking on here for a similar post but no joy. Thanks in advance for any responses!

Hi @mwhk,

Welcome to the EE Community

It should be a solid aqua light when working as normal, which it sounds like it is working as normal. Green is usually just during initial setup/connection before turning aqua. The front light will flash when you have a text message available to read so worth checking that out.

Try visiting http://192.168.1.1 on a browser connected to the device, login using the details on the keep me card or bottom of the router and then see if you have a text message or not and reading/deleting it will stop the flashing if that is the cause.

Alex
