It was working without any problems before that. Today I turned the modem back on, and all four lights stay on continuously. Even when I tried resetting it using the button inside the device, nothing happens.I removed the battery and connected it to the computer with a cable. It made no difference. It seems like it’s stuck at the initial startup stage. Please help.Is there any way I can reset the modem using software?

Hi @dozist,

Welcome to the EE Community

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your EE WiFi Mini. When you are pressing the reset button are you holding it down for 10 seconds, as that is what is needed to reset it. If you connect it via USB to a computer you may be able to reset it via the computer.

If its not responding to anything then unfortunately it may be faulty and in need of repair. I am not sure of where and when you bought the router, but you can find details of our repair service on our repairs page.

Alex

Neither my computer nor my phones can recognize the modem.

2-No

3-No

4-i have iranian sim and i don’t have any issues with my data plan or balance.
