      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went into an EE store this morning and upgrade my sim from a PAYG to a pay monthly and the staff member that helped me said it would change immediately yet it still hasn’t changed also I haven’t received a confirmation email or message to say that I’ve changed over&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's great news that you're moving from a PAYG account to a pay monthly tariff.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The transfer may take up to 24 hours to complete, but as &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142884"&gt;@Chris_B&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; mentioned, if you restart your device, you may notice the transfer has been completed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have access to your My EE app, does it show your old plan or your new one?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I have restarted the device I now have access to to my monthly plan I’m going to wait the 24 hour window to then hopefully gain access to the plan on the EE app&lt;/P&gt;</description>
