      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have rang and spoken to three EE agents during the last fortnight, with each unable to resolve my issue logging into the website and the app, from different devices. They just say there may be a problem, and try again in few days, which I keep trying. Still get same error, there is an issue, contact EE&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If there is a problem and it is referring you to call in, it will be something that our tech guides will need to look into further, and raise a ticket if needed, especially if it is impacting the app and website and on different devices.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend getting back in touch with our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;tech guides&lt;/A&gt; to see what needs to be done, and ask them to open a complaint until it is resolved.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the exact same issue, although I am able to log into my account on the website, but can’t actually do anything once I’m in my account. My phone contracts don’t show. I can see what broadband package I have but can’t view any bills.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if I try logging in on the app I get the message “sorry we can’t load that right now…”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I speak to tech support they say try again later, there must be an issue. Yeah I know that since I can’t log in and have no functionality, tell me how to fix it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone explain how I go about raising a complaint - hopefully that might kick start some action.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
