IIOT setup - APN details required

I am attempting to configure an Ewon 4G gateway. I need to manually enter the access point name, username and password, bc the Ewon doesn't have EE as pre-configured mobile provider(!). The SIM has been provided by my client and apparently is ready to go.

The package that the SIM came in says go to ee.co.uk/bitesize but that page does not exist. I have spent the last hour going round in circles on the website for a clue but have drawn a blank. As EE don't publish tech support email or phone numbers I am left with asking on here: Can someone let me know what the default APN, user and password are for a UK EE SIM?

I have tried all options listed there, but nothing works. (APNs everywhere, eezone and EE Internet) user eesecure and password secure.

Although the packaging said the SIM didn't require initialising, does it actually? Or is there another APN setting?

Hi @Andy_Hardy

You can test the SIM in a mobile phone to see if it finds a connection and gives access to the internet.
