&lt;P&gt;If you restart the mobile WiFi device when the connection drops at 5PM, does this reconnect? Do you have any other EE Mobile devices? If so, is the mobile service affected at the same time?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status" target="_blank"&gt;Service status &lt;/A&gt;checker will show any known issues in the area. If you can check if we have anything reported and if not, you can report the drop in connection and the network team will get this looked into.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>5pm mobile broadband does not work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every night at about 5pm the mobile broadband goes off and I can’t use it for the rest of the evening&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
