    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have been an EE user for as long as I can remember and have a mobile contract.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm due an upgrade but wish to not do so as be on sim only going forward when my contract ends next month.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am unable to make a phone call as I have lost my voice from being poorly. All forums say exciting mobile customers can access a live chat yet I cannot get on this no matter how deep I look.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you help me please?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4610027"&gt;@CaitlinStaley&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a phone contract included in the sim contract, you would need to change to have a sim only contract, but if you are on a sim only contract, you do not need to do anything, as it is only the minimum term that ends, your contract will just continue regardless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have the latest EE App? If you do, live chat should show by clicking on help at the bottom of the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
