My mifi keeps shutting down - it blinks then shuts down . It was working ok but also requires being plugged in .

i also think this ridiculous that you need to have another source of WiFi to log issues on here if your system is down -

I know how important it is to have a working connection, especially when we rely on it so much now.

If you haven't already, try to use a pin to press the reset button on the back of the device.

If that doesn't help, give our tech guides a call and they can have a look into this further for you.
