Unable to to change password on EE smart hub

Hi All

As above if I use the standard address of 192.168.1.254 I get an error, site unreachable.

If I use 192.168.1.1 I get the admin page fine but at Advanced then system to change password I have no system setting.

I can change the wifi but not the Hub password .

I'm using my PC to connect.

Please advise.

This section is for Home Broadband, so the link @JimM11 posted may not help.
