    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've paid the 5G wifi broadband upfront twice unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first attempt was paid by Google Pay, however the website said there was a error for payment while the Google&amp;nbsp; Pay said the payment was completed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The second attempt was paid by bank card. The whole process was smooth and successful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I have paid 200 pounds for a 5G wifi broadband upfront, which should be 100 pounds instead. I'd like to get back 100 pounds for refund. What should I do?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are both payments showing as completed with your bank, or are they showing as pending still?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Usually the payments would show as pending and not go through until after the order was processed by our digital sales team, and only one would be processed.&lt;/P&gt;
