Hi, just received this and connected my tablet by WiFi and its working OK but in the set up I was told to change the password . Did this which it accepted but then it says unable to connect to router, check it is switched on. It is on with fixed green light. Reboot makes no difference and if I do full reset then I'm back to square one and am asked to change the default password.

Whats going on?

Welcome to the EE Community

Which password is it asking you to change during setup? You would have two passwords, the admin password to access the hub controls page at 196.168.1.1 and then the WiFi password to connect devices.

Is it saying unable to connect to router once you try entering the new password to connect to the WiFi on your tablet? Does it accept entering the default WiFi password if so?

As it may just be the admin password you are changing not the WiFi password.
