When trying to link my mobile broadband to the app, it's saying that my billing account number is wrong. Any ideas?

I am sorry you are experiencing issues connecting your Mobile Broadband account to your online account.

Could you just double check the account number is correct when you have input it, if this is correct I would suggest giving one of our guides a call Contact Us so they can check on our end everything is set up correctly.

When you're linking Mobile Broadband, this is done as if linking a Mobile, and not a Broadband account.

It will ask for the number and send a text to the SIM in the router. This can be accessed through the Web Interface or by putting the SIM in a phone.

You don't need an a/c no. to link a mobile router. That's for fixed Home BB. You link it by its mobile no.

Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.
