    <description>&lt;P&gt;I couldn’t connect my &amp;nbsp;TV &amp;nbsp;to APPS &amp;nbsp;although connected to internet after I moved house. &amp;nbsp; Tried all advice given and as last resort done a factory reset which wiped APPS off. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I signed into Samsung account online and I signed into APPS from my tablet which ( miraculously ) synced APPS &amp;nbsp;back to my TV . Not sure how it works but it did, scanned the link on camera from my phone and signed in that way. I’m not technical at all but this brought everything back to TV like it was before I moved house.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>4G wifi not connecting to Samsung smart TV</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently purchased the 4G broadband hub and we are unable to connect it wirelessly or wired to the TV. It will connect to the network but not to the actual internet. We got an ethernet cable to connect it and it shows as connected but will not connect to the internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes phones, tablets and laptops are connected fine with no issues. We called EE who said the wireless signal may not be compatible with the tv, hence why we got an ethernet cable but still not working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have just moved into a student house so this is the only wifi we have access to so not sure if it connected to another wifi beforehand. The TV will connect to a hot spot from a mobile so pretty sure it’s the wifi box that’s an issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It does seem odd that it will still connect to other networks, and also that you can connect other devices to the hub &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4529217"&gt;@chvrloo&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;giving the team a call&lt;/A&gt;, and letting them know everything you've already tried, and they can work with you to get everything up and running.&lt;/P&gt;
