    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my EE mobile broadband router was delivered but then taken back by the driver as I didn’t have the authorised code to give him. Since then I have heard nothing about a redeliver.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;the automated chat is hopeless as it just repeats check my tracking.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the authorisation code was send to a mobile router, which is not at my home address. So I didn’t even know it had been sent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;thanks &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
