Change my portable router password

I let my neighbour log into my portable wifi router for an emergency but now I think they are using it all the time. How do I change the password from the default one inside the lid or is there a way of managing devices. I’ve tried clicking manage on the EE site but it doesn’t bring up broadband only mobile.

Which pwd, admin or WiFi?

Your MyEE a/c doesn't handle any of your mobile router's settings.

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover. Then, if the WiFi password is not also found under the battery cover, on the WiFi Settings tab you should be able to see your WiFi password in clear & change it if you like.
