&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want to end your mobile contract and have 12 months left, then you have to pay the rest off minute 4%, but if you want to transfer to another network, then you get a PAC code and give it to your new network, but I suspect you would still have to pay the rest off your contract as mentioned earlier. Not sure what your problem is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
