Hi @Rayche01

Welcome to the community.

Even though it is a data SIM, there would be a mobile number for the SIM.

Are you able to put the SIM into a phone and text NUMBER to 150? That would then send a text back with the number.

Alternatively you can call our customer service guides from any other phone, and they can get the number for you from the SIM number.

I have purchased a 4G wifi dongle with a data sim. I am trying to see the balance on the sim and to be able to top up. Everything I do asks me for my mobile number, the data sim does not have a mobile number so I am at a loss what to do. I am not an EE mobile phone customer, I just purchased a data sim and dongle for use when travelling (which is working great! but I am worried I will run out mid conference call). Thanks

All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top. What does it say, obscuring your mobile no.?
