    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mustrum, we just switched to an EE 4G smart router last week. Laptop and phones connect fine but a number of ancillary devices- echo, weather station, Bose internet radio cannot connect. Unfortunately EE not seemingly able to help! Any suggestions where I might start to look gratefully received. Previously all devices connected to hard wired EE router&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please can you help. I have formally complained to EE about it being able to connect a number of devices- weather station, internet radio, echo dot. All different makes that connected to EE when on wired connection now with sim 4G connection nothing! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; how can I get help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4354155"&gt;@SimonL13&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;:&amp;nbsp;You probably need to temporarily switch the mobile router to the 2.4 GHz WiFi band only. These smart home devices often can't do 5 GHz.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. I did disable /switch off the 5 GHz and still problem persists! So I switched back on to dual mode&lt;/P&gt;</description>
