topic Issues with EE 5g Smart Hub in Mobile Broadband

Hello,

I just wanted to write a review for the EE 5g Smart hub for any of those who are thinking of purchasing one. When I purchased it, I was informed that 5g coverage was great in my area and that although speed cannot depend on signal, it should be fine in that area. However, upon purchasing it, the speed was extremely slow and could not function even on one device. I returned the device and despite this process having gone through. I was still charged via direct debit for the month. Furthermore, I was also charged an extra £50 for the device I was not even using.
