Welcome to the community.

I'm not sure why that pop up came up. You can change your password by popping this into the browser when you're connected to the 4G router - http://192.168.1.1

The username/password should be "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover.

I've got the same issue with a 5G router. The problem isn't knowing how to change my SSID and password - it's that I want to be able to opt out of having to do so. I get that security is important and everybody should change their default passwords - but this is just overkill. It happens every couple of months and causes me all sorts of problems every time - not least of which is having to manually change the password on every connected device.

Hi - I’m trying to access the 192.168.1.1 page to update settings of my mobile broadband router, but the page won’t load. Have tried multiple devices. Is there a problem with the page or is there an alternative way to access these admin pages?

thanks
