Cant use steam

I can use 5g cpe to surf the internet and view all the information in the discord channel, but I can't join the voice channel. Steam also shows no connection.I saw a forum that asked me to set ipv6&ipv4 to ipv4 only. But after I set it up, the 5g cpe could not connect to the network directly.

I set it to ipv4 only and it disconnected from the internet

I would double check that you have input all of the APN settings correctly, the only thing that should be changing from the Default is the IP Type to IPV4 Only.

yes i copy all the things and chose ipv4 only,then it will lose internet connection

Can you provide a screenshot of the details before and after by any chance? Just so we can try and figure out the issue. Do not include any personal details if they are present.

i post the screenshot,i'm using ipv4&ipv6 now.if i switch to ipv4 only, i dont have internet

delete the username and password still not working,my 5g router is 5g cpe pro 3

I have tried both going to the offline store and calling the technical support . The offline store said that they can't do anything, and the technical support will only reset the network. Resetting the settings did not solve my problem.

It is 100% an issue with the use of the IPV6 layer, and switching to IPV4 only should allow it to work but I'm not familiar with the router you're using and why it would not reconnect.

Could you try to reach out to the manufacturer to see if they have any ideas on how to get this to work?

Copying the details from the Default profile and changing that one setting should not cause it to refuse to connect.
