    <description>&lt;P&gt;For 3 days I have only a single dot of signal strength on my EE router B625-261, I have No TV and limited internet -&amp;nbsp; I have powered off and reset numerous times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I dial 150 from my phone or the wife's phone it disconnects.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I get to the chatbot it tells me&amp;nbsp; my wife's, mine or FAULT xxxxxxxxx number of the SIM in the router are NOT recognised. I have been going in this never ending loop for two days, I am currently at my sons house on his broadband so that I can try and talk to the outside world - How do you speak with a real person and not go into the endless loop of Text messages and chatbots that do not recognise any of your numbers ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Call EE over WiFi calling on 150, or Skype over WiFi using the number in my signature.&lt;/P&gt;
