Returning things

Trying to return something - returns receipt is blank and I have a DPD person collecting it in an hour - can't get through to EE to help. What do I put on the front of the package? Help!!!!

I can't sit on the phone for an hour and a half! I've had 2 days of over 4 hours on a phone and 2 wasted trips to stores! Then a blank returns receipt emailed to me - surely there is just something that can be emailed to me to write on it!

It can really help for us to understand what it is you're returning here, as the returns address can be different depending on the product and where this was ordered from.
