Hi I brought a EE 4g wifi dongle as I was cut off due to sky thinking I'm moving in my new house but unfortunately I'm not as of yet so they told me to get a dongle wifi to get started on it's a joke if I'm honest tried to top up 35 and it's not even taken it now I'm £35 down. I brought my dongle from curry's and no1 seemed to helped me it's not fair.

Welcome to the community.

I know how important it is to stay connected, especially if your broadband connection has gone off.

When you say you bought the mobile WiFi from Currys, did you pay anything to them?

If you did, was there a set amount of data you'd get?

Have you then tried to top-up again?
