      <title>Netflix on 4G EE router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just connected my 4G router. Currently regretting the move to EE. Can't load Netflix on my Sony Bravia. Can connect to Netflix on my other devices but not the TV. I still have the Gigaclear connection which I have tried and it all works fine . Go back to EE router and I get a can't connect code. I have done the on and off thing many times.C&lt;SPAN&gt;an anyone help before I pack it all up and send it back. Thank you&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is it only Netflix you are struggling to connect to on the TV?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Whilst connected to the router with another device, can you access Netflix?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can be an IP address issue due to how the default settings are on the Router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is worth trying to change the IP settings from IPV4V6 to IPV4 Only in the "Profile Management" section of the Router's admin settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Create a new profile with a different name and fill it out with all of the same details from the Default, except change it to ipv4 and then save, then Set it as default.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then restart the router and see if it solves the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3554890"&gt;@Matt_124&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggests above should solve your issue, the only other thing I would add, which may or may not help, is when your adding a new APN Profile on your Router also set the Authentication to PAP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you look through the various tabs, it may be under something to do with data connection or advanced settings, I can't remember and can't access one currently as I am away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should then appear in the menu in the top left when you get into the appropriate section.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
