You told me OVER 2 WEEKS AGO that you have proccessed the £150 I'm owed. I have literally had NO money waiting for you to refund me and Im still waiting!!! I am officially done with you as a company. I asked you on the phone 2 weeks ago if I could just use the £150 as payments towards my contract and you guys LITERALLY SAID YOU CANNOT DO THAT!! and now I'm opening my EE app to see that, after I spoke to you yesterday about giving me my refund back you've actually tried to just deduct it off my bill!!!!??? I DONT WANT IT DEDUCTING OFF MY BILL BECAUSE I WANT TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT!!!! you owe me £150!!!
