Hello @Lb28000,

Welcome to the EE Community

Other 4G broadband customers who have reported issues connecting to Sky TV have suggested moving to an IPV4 profile in your router settings helps fix it.

You can do this by logging into the router admin page by loading 192.168.1.1 in your browser, the admin password will be located on the back/bottom of the router or on the keep me card that came with it.

Once there go to Settings> Setup> Profile management and click to create a new profile. All the details are the same as the current profile except change the IP type to IPV4 then save and set as the new default profile.

Give that a try and see if that helps with connecting to your Sky TV.

Alex
