Ee dongle to samsung tv wifi issue

Hi for the last couple of months had my 4g dongle connected to my samsung smart tv. Wednesday i changed from pay as you go too unlimted contract 24months, after leaving ee shop turned dongle on tried to watch netflix youtube with no luck hasnt worked since using the dongle on contract.

I connected my smart tv to works wifi netflix youtube work fine have tried all the fixes òn here..run out of options but to cancel contract go back pay as you go probably work then..any suggestions thanks...
