As title suggests. EE 5G mini router worked fine the last time I used it, Went to use it today and its sat in this loop for two hours...

On contract. It was last used on Friday.

Yep all absolutly fine. Sim works in another device.

If the SIM works OK in another device, I would recommend reporting this to technical care who can complete a full diagnostics on your 5G Mini Router @sjol6.

Is there an online form for this? It’s all very well EE making you phone them but for people who work when their lines are open it’s not great..
