I have tried that and it doesn’t work. It just says there is an error and I need to turn off Wi-Fi, or the page doesn’t work at all.

Hi, I recently bought a 4g mobile Wi-Fi dongle and can’t figure out how to top up / view remaining data.

I have read past discussions and tried various things but every time I get to the add-on data page it says there is an error and I need to “turn off Wi-Fi”. Unfortunately I can’t do this because I cannot then access the internet, so that doesn’t make sense.

When I go to another page to try to login into my EE, it tries to send a text message to the device, which I can’t access because it doesn’t accept any login password.

So I’m stuck. Please can anyone help?!

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.

Most mobile routers can receive texts. Login to it & look for the SMS Section/Inbox.
