4G mobile router - no data, can't top it up!

I have purchase an EE 4G mobile wifi router. Data has run out so I have managed via Fast Top Up on the website (after much difficulty!) to add a credit to my account. But not data! Arghhh!

Can't access the SIM as it's not a mobile so can't text from it.

Can't get though on any customer service number (3 hours in and still trying)

I have no idea how to get data loaded on this bloody thing. HELP

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.

You don't need to have any data to reach my link. It is off-net entirely within EE's own network & therefore unmetered.
