    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, thanks for the input. Tried on ,2.4 and even 5. No connection still. Seemed to get a bit further on , 2.4 with the dot. Then failing with "internet password incorrect" which it wasn't...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And struggling to connect to an Lg smart TV. Won't download Netflix, BBC app...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4519472"&gt;@Mta13&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;:&amp;nbsp;You probably need to temporarily switch the mobile router to the 2.4 GHz WiFi band only. These smart home devices often can't do 5 GHz.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried again, everything switched off, reset router, changed router to 2.4.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;looks like links to Dot whilst searching for router passwd. Then "problem connecting to internet.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Just acquired this as EE couldnt give broadband in central London Flat. ???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Painfull,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; phones , computer all fine...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other solutions????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
