@Mta13 : You probably need to temporarily switch the mobile router to the 2.4 GHz WiFi band only. These smart home devices often can't do 5 GHz.

Hi, thanks for the input. Tried on ,2.4 and even 5. No connection still. Seemed to get a bit further on , 2.4 with the dot. Then failing with "internet password incorrect" which it wasn't...

And struggling to connect to an Lg smart TV. Won't download Netflix, BBC app...

Tried again, everything switched off, reset router, changed router to 2.4. looks like links to Dot whilst searching for router passwd. Then "problem connecting to internet. Just acquired this as EE couldnt give broadband in central London Flat. ???

Painfull, phones , computer all fine...

Any other solutions????
