How much is your plan supposed to cost? Bear in mind you pay monthly in advance + for the days between when you started & the date of your 1st bill.

My plan is £23, they are charging me an extra £50 as if I have been with the company for more than a month for a previous service. The sim they sent me already had a debt or I don't understand the reason for the charge

Welcome to the community.

I know it would be a shock to see a bill that was higher than expected. If you get in touch with our billing guides, they can bring up your account and have a look over the bill to see what has happened.

Does anyone know if I can cancel my contract with them? They charged me an extra amount of £50 the first month when my plan was £23. I have 11 days with my new plan and they already charged me when it is not yet the collection date. Does anyone know how to cancel the contract?
