      <title>EE 4G device not connecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The device looks fully charged (constant green light) but despite rebooting several times I can’t get main device light to stay on and connect. Had very short burst of flashing aqua. Then off again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I’m trying to connect to 4G WIFI device but the aqua symbol flashes and&lt;BR /&gt;then goes off. I’ve tried rebooting many times but the same happens - aqua&lt;BR /&gt;flashes and may be constant for 10 seconds before going off again.</description>

      <description>It’s a new device, sent by EE as home broadband not working as there’s an&lt;BR /&gt;issue with line coming into the house. I’m wondering whether EE are&lt;BR /&gt;expecting me to pay for top up despite telling me it would be free. About&lt;BR /&gt;to spend 2 hours on phone trying to get through to a real person to find&lt;BR /&gt;out.</description>
