I tried to disable the 5ghz to connect my Alexa to the 2.4ghz and it still didn't connect. Any other ideas?

I got a 4g Smart Hub, I was informed it could easily handle my laptop, phone, smart tv and everything.

My internet connection is now consistently 'slow' or 'fine'.

My Samsung smart tv seems to connect to the wifi, but is unable to load anything.

My Alexa will also not connect to the Smart 4g Hub either.

Extremely dissappointed. Can anyone provide some guidance?

These smart home devices often can't do 5 GHz.
