You may be lucky and they may offer a refund, but usually not on pay as you go. The balance can be used once you have used your top up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Mobile balance / pack subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I topped up £10 to my balance to use another mobile pack subscription but i can’t get it to register the free minutes/texts/data etc….&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now it has taken the payment again and gone through correctly but I have an additional £10 extra balance I didn’t want/need. Can this be returned?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What does it say,&amp;nbsp; obscuring your mobile no.?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
