      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have managed to get details on a network fault in my area with a 16 hour likely delay, I have had to pay £20 for an alternative provider to get mobile broadband as it’s our only source of wifi, how do I get EE to reimburse me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Phone CS &amp;amp; try. Mobile networks can't guarantee a useable connection all the time. Even fixed BB does not compensate until the 3rd day after reporting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
