There are a few VOIP providers that will do what you want, but if keeping your landline number is important to you, then you need to be careful who you choose. You may want to have a look at AAISP, they have helped out lots of people in another forum.

Porting your number will cancel BT broadband if you have it, and the timing of the process is crucial.

Hi

I've recently taken out a 4G Mobile Broadband contract and wanted to know if there is anyway I can connect a home phone (and related landline number). There is no green phone socket on the back of the hub. Can I use a home phone adapter, other VOIP handset etc?

Thanks
Andy

How it performs will depend on how good a service you are getting. It is not something EE can help you with though, to them it will just be an app you use on the router.

You may only transfer your landline no. to EE as a digital landline when you have EE fixed Home BB, not to mobile BB.

Ok thanks. Are there any other options to keep our phone number and get
VOIP to work with the 4G hub even if from another company
