Hi

Please can someone help us!!! We’ve moved into a property that doesn’t have a broadband line and we’ve had to get the EE smart hub. It works ok on most devices but we can’t get any connection on my work laptop, can’t get Netflix, can’t connect our ring door bell or any Alexa product.
We have no idea what to do or where to turn to. I have no idea about technology, but please can someone advise on what we can do, as currently I’m out of work because my laptop won’t connect.

If you don't have a BB line how can you be using an EE Smart Hub there? It is a router for fixed Home BB. Please post an image of it. I suspect it is a mobile BB router.

Sorry yes, it’s a 4g router with a sim inserted. I am pulling my hair out over it and we have no choice- we have to have this hub. But I can’t even work from home.
