linking and top up not working

Hi.

We bought a mobile broadband device online from a third party shop and are trying to log in to top it up. We dont have an account number to link the device, all we have are the numbers on the card to log onto the router.

how do i link it and how can i top it up? does anyone know where i should be looking.

@Avocado2024 : You don't need a a/c no. to link a mobile router. That's for fixed Home BB. Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.

Linking: In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE mobile or SIM using your mobile no.
Top-Up: Use Fast Top-up online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
