      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was trying to link my mobile broadband (5G hub) to my account so that I could see bills, check my payment methods etc from this page: &lt;A href="https://mybroadbandaccount.ee.co.uk/b2cselfcare/b2c/self-claim-role?execution=e2s1" target="_blank"&gt;https://mybroadbandaccount.ee.co.uk/b2cselfcare/b2c/self-claim-role?execution=e2s1&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;...but I get this error when I put it the account number taken from my correspondence (asterisks intentional, it's the same error I get with the actual digits):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="dlab_0-1722354754332.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/32628i4C8A98FA4D7E4C86/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="dlab_0-1722354754332.png" alt="dlab_0-1722354754332.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea what's happening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Nor do you try to add it as Home BB. You just need its mobile no. &amp;amp; you link it as a mobile&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit &lt;A href="http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status&lt;/A&gt; from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data &amp;amp; credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am sure everything will work when I try again tomorrow...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

On the website select Bills and Payments from the banner along the top.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
