Epson Stylus won’t connect to EE mini hub

Just moved and BT are installing fibre, in the meantime they have sent me an EE mini hub, WiFi is ok but can’t connect printer, any idea how to rectify, many thanks

Hi @MME

Try activating 2.4 mode and connect.

If that doesn't work connect via a cable to your laptop/pc and use the Epson software.
