      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to connect my TV to internet but I cannot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The TV establishes connection to the hub but no internet access even though I can have internet access with my other devices (iPad and android phone).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have selected quick setup on the TV but do I need to put some details manually to establish internet connection?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I inherited the TV from in laws and I think she was using the TV with BT internet. &amp;nbsp;Not exactly sure the model of the BT hub. &amp;nbsp;( probably one with big circle light on the front).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try resetting the TV and then setting your router temporarily to 2.4 and connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You're going to have to try a few things, make sure the TV is up-to-date with its firmware as well.&lt;/P&gt;

Unfortunately, the issue still persists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the error message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;==============&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A home network is available, but connection to the internet is not possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connection to the server failed.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, it should connect over either 2.4 or 5 GHz depending on distance. 2.4 GHz will reach further.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When it connects by WiFi but has no Net connection, does the Network Status show anywhere an IP Addy?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I would surmise that you don't have &lt;STRONG&gt;mobile&lt;/STRONG&gt; BB, which is where you posted. If so, you should raise a topic in the &lt;STRONG&gt;Home BB&lt;/STRONG&gt; forum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
