Norton VPN and EE Smart 4G hub 2

Hello

i just start using mobile broadband service using EE Smart 4G Hub 2.

Unfortunately, VPN cannot be turned on on Norton.

Do I need to change some settings?

I need to change location to access to some oversea websites and this feature is important to me.

You shouldn't need to change any settings if your using an up to date VPN client that is IPv6 compatible.

Have you tried reaching out to your VPN provider for support?

Thank you for your message.

I had to reset my iPad for another issue. After resetting my iPAD & reinstalled Norton, VPN works ok.

But I would like to know what caused the issue though….

Your VPN provider would be best placed to diagnose what caused the issue.

It seems Norton is causing this. I will contact them and see what is causing it.
